The Collective offers coaching, training, and educational services.
Some services may be facilitated by licensed mental health professionals. However:

Participation does not automatically create a therapist–client relationship

Medical, psychiatric, or clinical treatment is only provided when explicitly stated in writing
If a service is therapeutic in nature, this will be clearly disclosed along with informed consent documentation.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional or emergency support.
3. No Guarantees
The Collective does not guarantee specific results related to income, performance, emotional outcomes, or life changes.
Results vary based on individual participation, effort, and circumstances.
4. Assumption of Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge that:

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation rules are outlined at the point of purchase or registration and vary by program.

Event and retreat deposits are non-refundable

Transfers may be allowed at our discretion
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks (including The Collective Freedom Method™), videos, designs, and written materials are owned by The Collective.
They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs or use of this website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
